About Your Senior Sales Director, Susan Boothe
Welcome to the Wild Hearts family! I am Senior Sales Director Susan Boothe and I am assigned to your success. I started my Mary Kay business in March of 199. Before Mary Kay I was a hairstylist and a salon owner. I loved being able to help women feel great about themselves, so when Mary Kay entered my life, I realized it was another platform to help women. I decided after a short nine months, I could work smart instead of hard, so I sold my salon and started doing Mary Kay full-time. I have never looked back. What a blessed life Mary kay has afforded me.
I am married to Tim and we have four children between us. My girls are Mandy and Mckensi and he has Nick and Emily. My family has always been the reason and my purpose. When I first started Mary Kay, my girls were 3 and 18. Doing Mary Kay full-time let me have the freedom to go be with my children anytime they needed me. Now, I find myself at this stage of my life, the freedom to take care of my parents. My dad passed five years ago and my mom is 91. What a joy. It has been to be by their sides when they needed me most.
I never dreamed 25 years ago that I would earn 16 career cars, 9 of them being the iconic pink Cadillac. I have been a star consultant 90 Quarters. In the circle of of achievement fifteen times and the 550,000 circle of achievement two times. I have earned 29 gold medals and been a double star achiever nine times. The Wild Hearts are also a fabulous 50s elite unit. I say this only to let you know I am lifer in MK and our Unit is a unit of Excellence!
I am so thankful I am able to design my life the way I wanted it to be through Mary Kay. I have been able to travel the world. Mary kay showed me how to think outside of the box and get out of my comfort zone.
I love the relationships I have built through my business. We truly have a sisterhood and a bond. The WildHearts are def my biggest pay check of the heart!
Work-life balance is something I strive for and have found through Mary Kay the flexibility has really enriched my life.
I truly embrace the purity of our company, and the brillance of Mary Kay Ash who created not just a product, but an opportunity for us to enrich women’s lives. While putting God first, family second and career third, and always go by The Golden Rule: Treat others how you would want to be treated.
